Health advice on chat and by phone
Our Health Advisors serve Pohjola Hospital and OP Insurance customers by phone and in the new application. If you have any health concerns, download the Pohjola Hospital application or phone 0100 5225.
You can get personal assistance for questions like these:
“Should I go and see a doctor? Who should I turn to?”
“Is my insurance valid and will it cover specialist consultation?”
This is how our Health Advisors help you:
- You will get clear instructions and advice on whether you should see a doctor.
- If it is necessary to go and see a doctor, the Health Advisor will direct you to a virtual doctor or book an appointment with an appropriate expert.
- The Health Advisor will check whether any medical services are covered by your OP policy. You may also get a claim settlement decision while talking to the Health Advisor.
- The application will list your previous appointments’ details, test results, vaccinations, prescriptions and referrals. You can also make an appointment or renew prescriptions in the application.
The telephone service and the application’s chat service is open every day of the week between 7 am and 11 pm. Messages can be sent to the application at any time of the day.
The health services are provided by Pohjola Health Ltd. The insurance services are provided by OP Insurance Ltd.
